Ms Lee May Nam (Mrs May Yeo) - Managing Director

Mrs May Yeo obtained her professional valuation qualification in Singapore in 1971.

She was a Valuer in the Property Tax Division of Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) from 1971 to 1978, and a Senior Valuer from 1978 to 1981. She joined a Developer, Goodland Pte Ltd (Keck Seng Group) as a Marketing Manager in 1981. In 1994, she set up Century 99 Pte Ltd and was appointed the Managing Director till to-date. In 2013, Mrs May Yeo was appointed the Managing Director and Key Executive Officer (KEO) of Century 99 International Pte Ltd.

Mrs May Yeo is a licensed Valuer and member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

Mr Goh Ek Boon - Associate Consultant

Mr Goh Ek Boon graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management). He started his career with a property consultancy firm handling valuation and feasibility studies.

Over the span of 25 years, he held a number of senior positions in private and public listed companies. His experience in the industry covered sales and leasing, project marketing, marketing of overseas properties, property and facilities management, hospitality management and real estate development - when he was the CEO of a property development company.

He is a licensed Valuer and member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

In addition, the firm has other licensed Valuers and Valuation Officers and Century 99 International Pte Ltd has a number of experienced CEA qualified Real Estate Agents.
